Four suspects have been remanded to Luzira Prison over allegations linked to an online sex trafficking network reportedly operating in Mbalwa.
The accused are Vivian Kobela (21), Martha Lubango (20), Irene Nazziwa (22), and Juma Oguti (28).
Court heard that the suspects face a combined total of 48 charges related to human trafficking and exploitation.
The four were remanded until July 23 as investigations and prosecution processes continue.
Authorities allege the group was involved in coordinating and facilitating online sex trafficking activities.
